Morgan Environmental utilizes various models of ISCO autosampler units to conduct composite sampling for clients with industrial wastewater permits. Our highly experienced field specialist will setup an ISCO autosampler unit at your facilities specified point of compliance via flow-proportional or time-based composite method. Once setup is complete, the ISCO unit will automatically collect samples for a 24hr period, during this period the samples are composited into the unit's internal collection tank.  A field specialist will return once the program is complete to transfer the collected sample volume from the unit's internal collection tank into the proper bottles for each specific analysis. A sample chain of custody form as well as a sampling documentation form detailing sampling data are completed after collection. The samples are then properly packed and iced before being transported or shipped to the specified laboratory for analysis.

Time Composite - An ISCO autosampler is setup to collect a composite sample over a duration of 24 hours, generally the autosampler is programmed to collect at 15-to-30-minute durations.

Flow Proportional Composite - With this method, an ISCO autosampler is directly connected to your sites effluent flow meter via cable. This interface connection allows the autosampler unit to receive a pulse signal from the facilities flow meter which activates the sampling process at set intervals during discharge.
